For records requests for a currently enrolled student, please contact the school where the student attends. For records requests for a student who has graduated or transferred out of the district, please contact the Student Records Department.

Student Records Office Hours

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

7am – 3pm

To request student records for students who have graduated or withdrawn, email the following information:

• Name and DOB
• Year and School Graduated from or last attended
• Contact phone number
• Copy of valid State Issued ID
• If you need the information sent to another school or educational institution please provide:
  • Name of Institution/School
  • Name of Contact or office
  • Email address of contact or office
