2026–2027 School Year Update: Gadsden ISD is transitioning to Synergy as our new student information system. ParentVUE and StudentVUE will help families and students stay connected to schedules, attendance, grades, messages, documents, and other important school information.

Synergy, ParentVUE & StudentVUE
Stay connected to your student’s education.
Gadsden ISD is transitioning to Synergy as our new student information system. Through ParentVUE and StudentVUE, families and students will have secure access to important school information in one convenient location.
What are ParentVUE and StudentVUE?
ParentVUE allows parents and guardians to view information for all of their children with one login. StudentVUE allows students to view their own school information.
What will families be able to view?
✓ Class schedules
✓ Attendance information
✓ Grades and assignments
✓ Report cards and progress updates
✓ School information and announcements
✓ Documents and records
✓ Messages, if enabled by the school
ParentVUE Account Setup
Families will receive instructions for activating their ParentVUE account. In most cases, families should look for an email from Synergy Mail.
✓ Open the ParentVUE email from Synergy Mail.
✓ Select the secure link in the email.
✓ Create your account by accepting the policy agreement, creating a username, creating a password, and entering your primary email address.
✓ Log in to ParentVUE to view your student’s information.
Important: The secure link in your email will automatically connect your account to your student. You will not need to enter an activation key if you use the email link.
If your email has changed or is incorrect
Please contact your child’s campus. Campus staff can provide guidance on how to update your information or request an activation letter.
StudentVUE Access
StudentVUE access information will be shared before the start of the school year. Students will sign in using their GISD district email account.

Configuración de cuenta ParentVUE
Las familias recibirán instrucciones para activar su cuenta de ParentVUE. En la mayoría de los casos, las familias deberán buscar un correo electrónico de Synergy Mail.
✓ Abra el correo electrónico de ParentVUE enviado por Synergy Mail.
✓ Seleccione el enlace seguro incluido en el correo electrónico.
✓ Cree su cuenta aceptando el acuerdo de uso, creando un nombre de usuario, creando una contraseña e ingresando su correo electrónico principal.
✓ Inicie sesión en ParentVUE para ver la información de su estudiante.
Importante: El enlace seguro en su correo electrónico conectará automáticamente su cuenta con su estudiante. No necesitará ingresar una clave de activación si utiliza el enlace del correo electrónico.
Si su correo electrónico cambió o es incorrecto
Comuníquese con la escuela de su hijo/a. El personal de la escuela puede ayudarle con instrucciones para actualizar su información o solicitar una carta de activación.
Acceso a StudentVUE
La información de acceso a StudentVUE se compartirá antes del inicio del año escolar. Los estudiantes iniciarán sesión usando su cuenta de correo electrónico del distrito GISD.
