Program Highlights
The program serves as an introduction to the hospitality industry. Classes cover nutrition basics, culinary history, safety and sanitation, food preparation techniques, commercial kitchen equipment and procedures, plate presentation and service guidelines.

Certification
National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Safety certification is available after the completion of two sections.
